This bank has made at least seven promises to refund $15,000 to me since last September but each promise has been followed by crafty excuses and obvious lies. Taking legal actions now. Reported to the District Attorney. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Went in at 5:49 to cash in coins, and it closes at 6. After seeing the light on the screen on the coin machine glowing, the lady behind the desk quickly said it was off.
