        pretty frustrating, got a homeowners quote from Luz Mayancela and decided to accept it. Sent email and she called. Couldn't talk long so asked if she could call back at noon, she said she would. Never called so I emailed her again. No response, never heard back Seemed kinda unprofessional.

        Had the most pleasant experience at this location yesterday! After waiting HOURS on Geicos (800) number line, my dad found this Geico local location. My mom and I drove over and Adriana (gosh I hope Im getting her name right!) was SO warm and helpful, not judgmental of my current situation AT all, and was able to take care of my issue in a matter of minutes! Recommending them to all of my fellow Geico friends & family. Thank you for your help!
