        Rosie is the best! She always takes care of me and explains the ins and outs in a way that I can understand. As someone who lacks financial literacy but also unintentionally tries to micromanage everything, Rosie's patience with me and the education she provides me is so appreciated!!

        Never again I was nave being overcharged for years when I found out other places dont charge as much. One time I got back 4000 and she charged me 499. Next time I got back 8000 and she charge me 700 the next time I got back 3000 and she charged me 500. she was making up her own prices I felt that at the time she was moving so fast on her computer I really wasnt paying attention.I caught on one day and I ask her why do you charge so much and she said the more you make the higher it goes up. Yes rose was getting me the whole time for years. I feel like shes taking advantage of people especially old people and black people which make up 95% of her business. now I do my own taxes and I take home all my money.
