    I have been renting here over 6mths and although it's easily accessible and close to my residence its been a hassle ever since we signed up. Initially we had autopay set up and then every time I would look at my statement there would be a different charge on my card for a different amount (not what I agreed to). They also had my storage fee increased twice already before we made a year... I agree with the shortage of red carts being an issue to transport items to your storage. They should do what other storage companies do, lock them up and make the person request the key by leaving their license to ensure the carts would be returned. And lastly, it's a super inconvenience to have to physically go to the location every month to pay my bill. They say you can pay it online and then when you try to add your unit to your account you get a bunch of errors. I have received a late fee twice behind this and none of the reps in the store seem to know how to resolve this issue which is ridiculous. I don't like there is no direct phone # to corporate to resolve my issue instead I had to send an email. If your website doesn't allow me to set up my account properly I shouldn't be responsible for any late fees. Im super annoyed and will most likely be moving my stuff out of here

    Their Sump Pump failed in July and the basement flooded. Lost over $3k in merchandise. They had everyone fill out insurance forms but to no avail since the insurance didn't cover water damage. I have attempted repeatedly to contact their management & no one will call me back. They just ignore the calls. I don't recommend this place.
