If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They are all miserable here. The customer service is non existent. Rude and arrogant counter workers. This place is always my last resort. I will drive far out of the way to avoid them ruining my day with their misery.

This is a great place for all your plumbing needs Good pricing and very nice staff. I used them for my bathroom remodeling products.

I've been shopping here for years and send my clients here as well. Orlando on the sales side is incredible at his job, super knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to work with all around. I can't speak highly enough about him - if everyone operated in his manner, shopping for home reno supplies would be much more enjoyable. He is stellar. In addition, when my hot water tank gave out after a number of years, Lou in the service dept was incredibly nice and efficient, getting a new one to my house within three hours of me placing a phone call. There is no other place I would shop for plumbing supplies other than Consolidated Plumbing.

Went into this store hoping to get some help due to my limited knowledge and I was met with a rude, condescending, disgruntled Caucasian employee! I tried to explain (AGAIN) that I had limited knowledge and after the third time of him cutting me off, with a rude comment- I walked out! NEVER RETURNING HERE, DONT SUGGEST PPL SPENDING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY TO BE MEET WITH THIS BS- BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
