Paul and team fixed a clog in my apartment kitchen drain that 3 prior plumbers failed at since December. They came up last night to assess - when I asked them to put masks on they assured me that they were vaccinated, yet offered to go down to the truck to get them ( I had the windows open and they were only here briefly, so I didn't think necessary). Today 3 men showed up with masks on, remembering that I'd asked. They put a pad down to protect my floor (cheap linoleum tile); no previous plumber showed that courtesy. Even more importantly, the whole crew spoke extremely respectfully to this senior citizen. And they cleaned the counter before they left! Happy to have had my drain finally cleared, and by delightful workers.

I reached out to Paul because I was having trouble finding someone to service my boiler/water heater combi unit. His company is listed on the manufacturers site as an installation contractor. Paul is knowledgeable, honest, helpful, trustworthy and clearly passionate about his trade. He takes pride in his work and were so glad we found him. I 100% recommend him.
