Wonderful owner was able to participate in my problem with fixing the broken pipe in the basement. we had no heat and his team got out heat going again at more than a reasonable service ratel. More than happy to have CVN as our go to heating plumber.

No heat on Saturday 1/14/22.Contacted US Boiler, who highly recommended CVN.Filled out service request form.No reply by Tuesday 1/17/22.I called CVN and their customer service rep stated"Oh! We don't go to the bronx anymore."I am literally 5 miles away from their office.CVN could at least have had the courtesy to get back to me and let me know they couldn't restore my heat!

We had another company come to our home to inspect our AC unit and they told us it has to be replaced and it would cost upwards 15,000. We spent days worrying and then called CVN to take a look at it and they told us the only issue is the motor, they found the part and replaced it within a few days. Its a hardworking honest company who could have easily lied to earn more money but doesnt unlike others. Services: A/C system maintenance, Repair HVAC

CVN just finished installing a central heating and air conditioning system in our 1915 stone colonial home. They even organized the demo and removal of our radiant heating system (13 radiators!). The job seemed pretty complex (took about a month) but the two HVAC mechanics that did the installation were great - the work wasnt that disruptive and they were extremely competent, self sufficient, and respectful of our home. They managed to get the system installed with minimal follow up repair work - at most we have more damage to our floors from the radiators (farewell!) and a few areas where we will need to do some drywall patching - no way around that and we were told this would be something we would have to deal with from the beginning. Price seemed reasonable given the 3-4 quotes we got initially. Permitting took awhile but that wasnt their fault. We are enjoying nice cool air tonight thanks to CVN and their wonderful Team! Highly recommend!
