I am a loyal customer that has been going to to autozone ever since I got my car, the experience I had yesterday was very poor and disappointing. I tried to catch the store on Mount Vernon because it was the store nearest to me when my check engine light popped up and my car was shaking. All I wanted to do was get codes so that I can take it to mechanic the next day. Well it was 10 min to closing time and I tried going in store and the doors were locked, a worker came to the door ask me what I wanted I replied just to check a check engine light and get codes the guy turned around walked back to the counter where I can see him and just got back on his phone while the manager on duty watched him do all of this. No one said anything else and just looked at me thats when finally the security guard came to the door and told me to come back tomorrow and that was at 9:55pm after just standing at the door waiting for a response from a worker. I really feel that was unprofessional and disrespectful. This happened 4/4/24 , don't think I will be attending this store any further due to the lack of assistance when really needed.
