I fell in love with 42 Broad Street, its beautiful building, plus amenities. I was also blessed to have a tour agent and representative such as Shaun Reilly. He was kind, knowledgeable, patient, when I needed my hundreds of questions answered, and he was thorough. Shaun have me the kind of customer care treatment that is sadly lacking today. He was also a main factor in my deciding to rent with 42 Broad. As beautiful as the place is, its nothing without the best staff, and the best treatment of theirs potential residents. I give Shaun Reilly 10 Stars. Hopefully everyone on staff is as hospitable and customer/resident service friendly.

I read reviews before I make decisions, thus, feel it's only fair to share, especially when something is really, really bad, or in this case really, really good. I went on a tour this Friday of 42 Broad Apartments with my brother who will be the one living there. Some rarities, all the pictures on site are true, and in some cases, even better in person. More rarities, the gym is actually a real fully equipped, like a health club gym, not a small cramped room with one or two machines. Conference room, has top corporate look. Community space resembles a stylish NYC establishment. From the lobby to the roof, the building looks like a movie set, draped in a high end luxury look, accented by modernistic furniture and settings. It has that WOW factor. The pool is warmed, big, and attached to a spacious country club like setting space, where eats and drinks can be had. The roof, is really not a roof, but a stunning outdoor cocktail lounge type entertainment space with breathtaking sights, that is also a main feature in the bright, spacious, airy apartments, with state of the art air and other modern efficiencies - the windows, many are floor length - top notch appliances/flooring. Bumped into a current building resident who unsolicited, said it is an excellent building, great community, and my brother should move in ASAP. LOL. Lastly, the staff are outstanding. My brother dealt with two building reps both named Shaun, who spent a lot of time with him and he was very impressed with both of them. And while my brother is a very successful young business man, who does not need his big brother to make decisions, he is still my brother, lol, so on my tour with one of the Shauns, he handled my million questions, with humor and more important accuracy. Very smart and personable young man. His co-workers in the office and lobby management, also reflected that hard work, on top of the situation attitude, that was unfortunately not on display in many of the other places my brother visited. Also, many places will say there is a nearby train station and other such necessities, that are really not near at all, however in this case, the metro-north station is actually just one block away, and other key stores/businesses like CVS, Starbucks, laundry/dry cleaning, supermarket, and deli are also similarly located. A playground is directly across the street. Any negatives? Really did not see any. Suggest if youre reading this, youre looking, so go take a look. Ask for one of the Shaun's.

I had a guided tour of the building with Anissa. She is an absolute delight! So patient and thorough. She answered all of my questions and helped me consider available option. Shaun was also very accommodating and helpful. Thank you both so much for help!

Folks who are moving from another state should seriously consider 42 Broad as a top contender. If you have decided that living in Westchester county is an acceptable commute from NYC, you will find that luxury living in New Rochelle is noisy with ongoing construction and Yonkers is too crowded. 42 Broad in Fleetwood is quiet (pick a unit facing away from the highway), 2 blocks from the train station, and a quick walk/drive to all major businesses. Terrific property managers and leasing team here genuinely made applying & screening transparent. The maintenance manager is great with responding to tickets and the first-floor concierge greets everyone by name and meticulously makes sure all incoming packages are properly stowed in the locker. Property manager Shaun went out of his way to stay late for the night of my move-in and expeditiously responds to all my calls and emails. The online floor plans on the property's website are informative and the virtual tour is very accurate.
