      Hi Lola,Thank you for your review. We are disheartened to hear that you did not fully enjoy your stay with us.​ At this time, we are following the guidance of the CDC and requiring that all unvaccinated employees and guests wear masks. Additionally, we've posted signage throughout our resort and waterpark reminding guests of this policy and ensure that hand sanitizers, wipes, and masks readily available for all. We hope to have another chance to welcome you back to our property for a more enjoyable experience.
