I went to Steven Kurlander to handle a property sale for me. He was very responsive, even answering my messages on the weekend. He worked hard to move the sale along as quickly and painlessly as possible. He kept a great attitude and a smile on his face even when the buyer became difficult. Steven proved to be a great attorney and an even better guy. I highly recommend his services.

DO NOT HIRE HIM!!! My biggest regret thus far. Steven is childish and UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. He was eager to take my case and pretended to be proactive and attentive until I sent him the initial 50% of the retainer fee ($750). After that it was downhill, he would not return any of my emails or calls and when I texted him to see if he was even alive he responded with who is this? After we had already exchanged txts prior. He does not listen to a word you say. The initial contract he sent me for my real estate purchase was all wrong because he did not listen. Then I had to pretty much beg him to correct the contract till he finally sent it and it was still all wrong because he has poor listening skills. Afterward I told him I no longer wanted him to represent me and asked him to send me an itemized receipt and refund for services not rendered because he did absolutely nothing for me besides waste my time and he has since ignored all of my emails, calls, voicemails and texts. DO NOT waste your time and money on him. He will steal your money and ignore you.
