I am soo thankful for Dr. B and his staff!! I had a stye that crystal run recommend me seeing the eye dr for so I did, and he saw me right away! he was so nice that I came back for a full exam with glasses, and him and the girls were so nice and helpful. they didn't try to scam me or rip me off like other places have in the past. they are good people. thumbs up

Very disrespectful has no professionality very rude cop callers among other things and even if you're 20 minutes late they cancel your appointment and don't even tell you they were very unprofessional arguing with a customer has no common courtesy for their customers and I think someone should call corporate or find their number and place it on here so this way people can look it up and call corporate and tell them that they need to hire new people for Monticello New York I felt that they were just very unprofessional screaming and yelling cursing and a whole bunch of different things

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They take the time to help you with your insurance and finding frames that look good on you!! The best thing is they dont try to constantly upsell everything and cost you tons of money. Very honest!!! These other reviews are laughable. Who cares what they wear as long as u get what you went there for and then some. Also who shows up at a business 10 minutes before closing to pick out a frame? Im sure you would have expected them to stay late too just to accommodate your privileged self!! Just go in there for yourself and see that these women are great!!! Dont listen to the people who are petty and didnt get their way. Oh and the Doctor and his wife are pretty great also!!! Very very thorough.
