Ive used this place for years and they have worked better than any office in sullivan county. Their doctors are the most experienced and knowledgeable people who know how to treat their patients to the best of their ability. Ive made more progress with this office than i ever have anywhere else. I have referred a couple friends here and they also have had magnificent results.

My NP and the receptionists at Synergy go above and beyond for me. They are always flexible with scheduling, even when most other people would not be. Megan McCormick is the NP that I see during my visits, and I state with confidence that after going to Synergy for about a year that she is an individual and professional who actually cares about her patients. She will put your wellbeing above her convenience. She has a gentle, but strong personality. The building itself is in an easy location to access. All the medications prescribed have been reasonable, and I feel heard when it comes to my (sometimes irrational) concerns regarding side effects of certain meds. As a result of long-term anxiety and panic attacks, I have elevated blood pressure - which normally I'd blow off -- typical guy behavior -- but the folks at Synergy keep me responsible! I am always monitored, and I feel like getting my blood pressure back to a consistently healthy level is a genuine goal for them; and it is for me now as well, but I needed that "push" to really get me committed to addressing it. I'm grateful for that. Overall I'd give Synergy my vote of approval and confidence.

If you are looking for easy access to controlled substances then look no further! Dr. Peter Panzarino is more than happy to get you hooked on the hottest new benzo cocktail with no questions asked. In all seriousness, Peter Panzarino is a dangerous man who needs to have his medical license revoked. His go-to treatment plan for anxiety sufferers is benzos (Klonopin is his favorite) 3x a day for years on end- despite this being a very well documented NO NO that is well known in the medical profession. Benzodiazepines should never be taken for more than a couple of weeks as your body WILL become physically dependent. Long-term use has severe and permanent side effects including major memory loss (research has shown a link to Alzheimers). SSRIs are what real professionals prescribe for long-term anxiety treatment. Benzos are meant for very short term and sporadic emergency use- not daily long-term use (he has had some patients on daily benzos for over a decade)! He is a pill pushing drug dealer with a god complex who has no qualms about getting his patients addicted to controlled substances and happily supplying more to those who were already addicted. He is dangerous and should be avoided at all costs. His prescribing habits will get someone killed if they havent already. It is absolutely insane that this vile man is still able to practice medicine despite many, many years of this behavior. Ask any local pharmacist about him- they're all very familiar with his dangerous prescribing habits and often refuse to fill the prescriptions he writes because the combinations have such lethal potential.
