Bowen built my company TONIC's website back in 2020, giving it a complete overhaul and custom build with new features to take our marketing funnel and user experience to the next level. Throughout the custom build the team was incredibly communicative, efficient, and organized (something that I have found difficult to come by with firms in the past). Post-build, our account manager, Jaime, has become like my gaurdian angel. She is on top of everything, is always solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and a brilliant communicator. I cannot say enough good things about the level of service we experienced from Jaime. She makes Bowen's services worth it and then some. We also tapped Bowen for extra a la carte services such as SEO and they delivered great results in that field as well. I highly recommend working with this professional and very skilled team!
