Receptionist extremely rude and aggressive towards me. Yelling and glaring at me for asking for help with the Kiosk on my first visit here. Receptionist continued to get up out of her seat and glared at me from across the room. no one should ever feel threatened for coming to the Doctors office. I'm only here because my kids are sick and I was referred to the Dr. there are other Dr office.

Receptionist the worse people ever, very rude, unprofessional, administration needs to pay attention, parents with children are going they MUST to be nice.

Love the doctors, but every time I call in to the place I feel like I'm disturbing the front desk people. Sheesh, get some better manners and tone of voice.

This is the only doctor I've felt comfortable bringing my son to since he was born. He was born at Winthrop and they have all of his records. They aren't an actual PCP but I get in where and when I can fit in. Sometimes it is hard to get an appointment right away, but the service is never lacking. I'm a bit surprised by all of the negative reviews, but it has been YEARS since that was posted. Overall I am satisfied with the service every time we come.
