This is going to be my third time working with Patriot One bankers and I can tell you that it was definitely a pleasure working with the entire team, I've always communicated mostly with David who has been very informative and helpful on every aspect of my mortgage to make it possible, Yes don't get me wrong purchasing a property is a very stressful journey but David help me along the way with his team navigating the stressful things that I may question.. They are very professional in the mortgage aspect and they will hold your hand right through the process Thank you so much David and your team and family for making this process sometimes stressful But in the end it was worth the stress you all did a wonderful job..

We were first time home buyers, so it goes without saying we had no idea what were getting into. We were in contract on our home, and unfortunately had an issue with the lender we were working with initially (not Patriot One).A family member recommended I call Neil at Patriot One and see what our options were. From the first phone call Neil could not have been more professional and informative on our unique situation. Within a day or two he had our application submitted and on our way to our new home. I cannot recommend these guys and girls at Patriot One enough. They really got the job done when no one else could. I truly feel like I got the mortgage that worked best for me, and I didn't have to settle for something. From me and and family thank you so much!

I dont have a place to live! ....did you pray about it. Ok! Then call Neil at Patriot One mortgage. If you think you cannot buy? Call Neil ! Please dont worry call Neil, he put my socks on,comb my hair,grease my face,give me the tools I need so I can purchase.This man is a Guru when it comes to Mortgage ,I call him the Kindergarten Mortgage Teacher, dont fail call Neil at Patriot One Mortgage BIG MAN TING three months King !Im in my 1 acre home thank God for Neil

Susan Khani and her entire staff at Patriot One provided me top notch, A-1, customer friendly service. They took the nightmare out of the loan process; was with me every step of the way; and were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a mortgage.
