Not impressed. Not much customer sservice. Everything felt very robotic from the moment I walked in. This is the first time going to a blo bar , There was a lot of ease booking online but I didn't know what the different types of blow outs meant so I booked the most general one. When I walked in, I asked about the different types and they said they couldn't do any other ones for me because I didn't book it . Good customer service would have offered to add a couple extra minutes to have it done the way I wanted or rescheduled for a time they could have fit me in. Moreover, an employee in the store kept taking photos of me getting my hair done without my permission or even asking if I was okay with it (for what I assume is social media). I felt like a show pony on display more than anything else. And the blow out I got wasn't don't well. It's something I could have done by myself at home. Would not come back here again.

Staff is super friendly and fast. Ebony was able to put my lashes on last minute which was was very nice and accommodating.
