Im so glad I switched to Dr. Saketos. She is so great and answered all my questions. She hasnt missed a beat and I'am on my to doing whatever it is to have a baby because of her. She is so wonderful :) I cant wait to keep working with her. I know Im in good hands.

I only have amazing things to say about Dr Saketos and everyone in the team. She was kind, patient, available, knowledgeable, and most importantly - knew exactly what she was doing. Thank you for giving us the best gift we ever could have gotten!! Miracle creator

Dr. Saketos was nice enough. She seemed knowledgeable. My main concern was her office staff. They completely ruined the entire process. There was a major lack of organization and communication between the Dr. and the staff. Multiple times I had to be on the phone for hours and hours, over the course of days, with my insurance company because the office staff incorrectly put in preauthorization for necessary medicine. I literally had to beg the office for loaner meds until the medicine was approved. They were resistant and they insinuated that we would have to self-pay for the meds, even though they should have been aware my insurance covered it and the only reason this got messed up was because of them. I spoke to office managers and other staff multiple times because the whole cycle was in jeopardy multiple times. I even expressed my concerns to Dr. Saketos about the issue. Everyone seemed pretty unapologetic. It struck me as business as usual. We were about to start a second cycle with them to give them another chance, but when we called and left a message that it was time for us to come in, we were met with no answer to our voicemail. We called again Monday early morning since my wife was supposed to come in, and guess what, no call back. We finally received a call back, but at 6pm, way after the necessary time. Needless to say, we will not be going back to that office for any reason. I'd keep looking if I were you.
