        I met Dr. Casanas more than 10 years ago. I went to him for an infection on a tooth. was greeted very well and litlle did I know that afer that, my mounth was never going to be the same. Currently I only have my lower teeth going under a treatment trying to fix the mess he made. Aparently his main concern is not your mouth but how much he is getting from your insurance.

        Dr. Casanas is friendly, and caring. He always tries to make you feel comfortable with every visit. I've always feared going to the dentist in the past, but he takes the time to get to know you and lessen your anxiety. I live in New Jersey and I do not mind the Cross Bronx traffic if it means I will get the quality care from him. His dental work is also great. He takes the time to explain things to you so that you understand and feel comfortable with what is needed. 5 plus stars!!!
