Optum Day Op Ambulatory Surgery Center - Woodbury

My toddler had Ear tubes placed by Dr. Goldsmith today. All the staff were nice and helpful. Everything went smooth. The staff and doctors explained everything to us to make sure we weren't nervous.

I had ambulatory surgery today. Dr. Pekkerman was amazing so was all the staff in the facility and in the ambulatory room. Everyone from the front desk all the way through were so helpful and so very kind. I was very nervous but with a doctor and staff like that, no need to worry. My first nurse Dina was great She made me feel so comfortable! Ashley who brought me in to the room was very sweet and kind. The anesthesiologists were professional and very nice. There was a male nurse in the room also i wish I could remember his name he was amazing and very comforting. Thank you to all of you for a great experience!

I had surgery yesterday and from the front desk, pre-op, Dr. Meslemani, post-op, out the door...every one we encountered was amazing!! CARING, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING! Thank you all from an extremely anxious patient. Yvette Galvin

Whatever you do, do not pay their facility charge on the day of service. They told me theyd submit the claim to insurance but never did once they got their money. Dont give them a dime until they bill you properly.

We did my daughter surgery here, to remove her adenoids, amazing staff, Dr Goldsmith very professional, from pre op my daughter drove a motorcycle to the OR, it was a very smooth surgery thanks!
