Very professional company. Ryan’s crew was friendly to us and our kids. Everything you’d want in a contractor. Stuck to the timeline. Completed the job right. Charged us what we were quoted. Highly recommend!

I am disappointed in Ryan's services. I originally used Ryan in January of 2019. He painted my living room --came out great. No issues. (in hindsight this is probably because his business was not busy in Jan.). This month I contacted him again to paint my foyer. I had to call him several times before receiving a call back and in that message he explained how "busy" he was working out east to explain why it took a bit to call me back. This should have been my first instinct that this experience was not going to go well. He made an appt for an estimate, showed up hour and 45 minutes late (after i had explained i had to be somewhere) never really explaining the missed/late appt...a half hearted apology at best. After estimate assured me verbally he felt confident he would do my work the week after the estimate, then changed his mind...decided he could not "squeeze me in" as he called it. I asked for a definite date...he said he would contact me with a definite date to do work....NEVER CALLED. TIP to business owners...a customer does not want to be "squeezed in" ever. Show some respect to a customer and be honest, especially to a repeat customer. Extremely disappointed in Ryan's business approach or lack thereof.
