LICC built our second story deck. From start to finish, the experience was positive. John, along with office manager/miracle worker Jessica, crew members Rich and Junior were professional, personable and efficient every step of the way. The entire team went above and beyond and was a pleasure to deal with. John was at the job virtually every day, addressed any questions or concerns, and there were no surprises at the end. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with this group of people. From our first meeting with John till the last day, they have been nothing but great. Communication throughout the process was amazing. Attention to detail was consistent. Jessica was always there to help me with suggestions to fulfill my ideas even when I didn't know what I wanted. Richie and Junior were always professional but kind and considerate. Unfortunately, my husband passed away suddenly during the renovations but these wonderful people never failed me for which I will be forever grateful. Thank you John, Jessica, Richie and Junior for my beautiful home.

John and his team did an excellent job. Paid attention to every detail. Extremely responsive to any concern or question we had. His suggestions were on target. Jessica in the office was fabulous. Also had great suggestions. We love our new kitchen, laundry room and backyard. Will definitely use again.

I can't thank John, Jessica, and the crews of LICC enough for the wonderful job they did on my home. We reworked an old floor plan to be more open and functional and breathed new life into a dated kitchen with a complete overhaul. LICC has renewed my faith in quality craftsmanship and home repairs in general. The construction portal, their professionalism, and keen attention to detail has made me a customer for life. I can't stop raving about their work and how my house finally feels like a home!
