        Extremely dishonest people working in this store. On Sunday March 24th 2024 while I was away, my daughter went into the store to have her phone fixed. Instead just to generate commissions for themselves they lied, changed the authorized user on my account without my permission, to accomplish their scam, and instead of helping my daughter with an insurance claim lied and Sold her a phone while saying she was giving her an upgrade. Once discovered what occurred and confronting the store with it today another employee also lied and was very dismissive and rude attempting to cover up the scam. I have text messages from t mobile to prove my store, Im filing complaints with the BBB and retained an attorney because no business should be able to operate in such a dishonest manner. I will continue to post the outcome
