Always have issues with the rudest people answering the phones never on time flagged me for sticking up for myself against a woman answering the phone they are worse then children over there always make you wait more than you were accually supposed to never give your calls to the driver till almost pick up time

Did not show up for a scheduled medical transportation. Did not call. Did not answer the phone even for my caseworker. Last time the driver was rude bc he said he couldn't see my building number from the street and was late. I never called them back to pick me up from my last trip bc of that. Now I'm missing important appointments and there's a severe lack of communication. My appointment time is in 25 minutes and I haven't seen or heard anything from the company. My parents and myself have worked for multiple cab companies and there is no excuse for this. All I needed was one call when it's determined that my needs can not be accommodated.

The owner Mike is great on time there when you need them. Get to where you need to go on time and back great service would recommend 100%
