If you have severe trauma and you need affordable and understanding help, Jennifer is the one. She works with many modalities, but her best work is with exposure therapy. If you have cptsd or ptsd, she will go places with you that other therapists are scared to go. Her capacity to handle the difficult and painful emotions that come out in trauma therapy is very powerful, and much tougher than most therapists. The time I spent with Jennifer gave me the ability to move past the past. She helped give me a new chance at living in connection with my body, my emotions, and myself. I'll never forget our time together. If I could give six stars I would.
