I would like to say thank you to all the members of the Middletown Police Department for always making our city a safer place. I would especially like to thank them today for what they did for my little girl . they brought a huge smile to her face on what otherwise was a dismal birthday. Thank you so much to all those who made this possible and all you on our streets everyday. Stay safe & healthy

Super rude for no reason i called just for information about a speed trap placed in front of my house they acted like i was not allowed to ask why this was placed in the parking space in front of my house

I have the first name for sure, which was Jason, and I believe the last name is Caruso. I got into a very weird bureaucratic jam at MSK in Middletown. It was a totally ridiculous situation that never should have happened. Jason was asked to transport me to Riverview. As soon as he observed the situation, he immediately recognized the silliness that was going on here. On the way to the Riverview... he said he was going to take care of this situation and talk to the right people. I was thinking (yeah right)- I am going to get swallowed up in the bowels of bureaucracy and I would never get back to get my very important cancer procedure. But he walked me in and and pushed all the right buttons. Everyone just shook their heads.... because they obviously had confidence in Jason and they got me out of there... and my wife got me back in time to get my much needed surgery. I would like compliment Jason on an excellent job, and If the Chief reads this and wants me to fill out a written form of commendation... I would be happy to do that for Jason.
