        I ordered online a quart of transparent-type wood stain. Listed on the website are all the colors accurately. I then opted to pick up by visiting the store. The clerk there was very helpful, even though I got there early. These people are really knowledgeable about their products.

        The store was dirty, dusty  and unorganized. Everything we touched had a thick coat of dust on it like nothing ever gets cleaned there. For a higher end paint store it sure wasn't showing well! Plus there was only one guy working and he was so busy that he barely spoke to us. They need to send in a cleaning crew to clean throughly and hire more employees that are customer friendly and knowledgeable about all products.
