We always look forward to going to Cohen Fashion Optical for my annual eye check-up. And we always get great customer service. Sarah & Selena are the BEST!! Ladies keep doing an amazing job.

Nice staff. I have had more than 5 pairs of glasses done here. I had a problem with one of the lenses (incorrect prescription was added) and they worked with me to get it redone.

Although my daughter has used a Cohen's in the past, we learned that they are all individual franchises and not affiliated with each other except in name only. This was our first visit to the Middletown Galleria location. We both needed eye exams and new glasses. My daughter also needed new lenses for her sunglasses. Our experience there was nothing but pleasurable. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. Two individuals who primarily assisted us were Stephanie and Selena. I must also say that Dr. Annette and Technician Brenda who gave us our eye exams were incredibly helpful and nice. They explained each step along the way in terms we could understand and were very encouraging during the tests. The glasses were ready in less than half the time we expected and they are the best glasses either one of us ever had. I am not exaggerating one bit. The whole experience with this staff and store has been A-ONE terrific and I highly recommend them.

Selena, my sales agent, was patient, professional, and efficient. The Optometrist, was professional, and knowledgeable. My family and I have been shopping Cohen Optical for sometime. I recommend this optical place for your eyeglass needs.
