Star Nails

I went here last summer they were awesome. The ladies there were very professional and sweet. However, today Im giving 4 stars because one of the guys (I dont know if its their family member) stared at my boyfriend and laughed because my boyfriend really needed his feet taken care of. did not appreciate that as it was very judgemental. But, together, we just laughed instead after. but the tech who took care of him was very professional he was always checking in with him. Thanks again

Its never that serious to yell and scream but dont waste your money Brian and his team dont listen to POC clients and are EXTREMELY RUDE, and biased I asked for him to look over his work with my nails because I have been growing my nails for a while and tend to get water pockets if not filled correctly and he said he didnt know what I was talking about and continued to ignore me while still charging me for a half done service,.. I literally went in for a Gel fill and left with chipped and thinned out natural nail base. Please save yourself the headache. I am forced now to pay another person to fix this horrendous work and my nail is still lopsided.

Could just be me however they are very unprofessional not all but some..They always use dirty utensils and the work is not satisfying its a waste of time and money for being a certified company. I will not be returning or suggesting there services ever again.
