I can not begin to express my gratitude for Trixie! I came to her with nail issues caused by a pedicure I received out of state, leaving me with an infection that refused to heal. I was so self conscious, dreading the fact that warmer weather is coming because I didnt want to wear sandals. After just ONE session with her, along with this incredible Daddy Oil she sent me home with, my nails and feet have done a complete 180. If you are looking for the REAL DEAL in true foot/hand/nail health, you found her! Thank you again Trixie!! .not to mention she is a GEM! My toenails are on their way to a healthy new life, thanks to Trixie at Bad Kitti Claws. She is a multi-licensed nail professional with a clean and fun little shop in Middletown NY. From my first contact with her over text, she was friendly, encouraging and professional. Her business model is well-thought through; she handles information gathering, appointments, orientation, foot care, and follow through with confidence and attention to detail. The actual nail service was comfortable and detailed. I always feel Trixie has my best interests at heart and she frequently asks how I am doing. I feel no shame in present my problem feet; Trixie focuses on the condition and the realistic treatment avenues from the very beginning. I was given a home regime to do between appointments; I followed it to the letter and the results are so encouraging! I have just finished my second advanced pedicure appointment and I will return for my third treatment in six weeks. It is a huge relief to finally have my feet on their way to health and being presentable again. In addition there are three other things to mention: 1. Her charges for services are more than fair and she explains everything ahead of time. 2. She is happy to chat or to work in silence; no pressure to talk (I really appreciate that.) 3. I texted that I was running 1/2 hour late do to road conditions; she was very accommodating and I still got to have my appointment! Services: Nail repair, Callus removal

The experience was amazing from start to finish. I only had a pedicure once prior to meeting Trixie, and it was ok. However, after meeting Trixie, I know that this will be a regular thing for me. Her customer service was great, in fact she made it feel like we'd known one another for years. She clearly knows what she's doing and very comfortable doing it. The atmosphere and conversation was great and relaxing. VERY impressed, will recommend to anyone. Service: Pedicure
