I have taken my car to Glosters since I got it last year and this past experience has been terrible. I had a check engine light on, multi cylinder misfires and paid $750 to have it fixed just for the car to spit out the check engine light the next day on my drive back to college. I took it to autozone to get the check engine report and the main code is cylinder misfire. Billy has been very nice and willing to talk with me when I call but Bill has made me cry and said they cant do anything unless I drive the car back 5hrs home to get it back in with them. The car shakes and stalls out whenever I have to stop at a red light but Bill told me I would be fine once I get it up to speed on the highway which seems like an unreasonable request of a 20 year old girl to drive a car in those conditions. I was hoping theyd give me at least half of my money back so I can afford to take it to a shop near me to fix the problem I already spent so much money on to have fixed by Glosters but they do not seem like they are willing to work with me so Im going through the hassle of filing a dispute with my credit card company. Doesn't deserve 1 star. BEWARE that this company took advantage of my teen in a horrific accident yesterday-he was T-boned. 2:45pm Fri, police dispatched tow co. *during* business hrs. My son requested car be towed home *at the scene * *8mi from home*. He only gave keys with understanding it would be towed *home*. The owner refused to give him any prices for a tow at the site, then it took my 3 calls to them where they forced us to call insurance to inquire on different coverages when my son said we'd pay outright at the scene. Asking who was at fault as if theyd charge him more even tho it was a no fault accident! They delayed us from getting a tow with calls during alleged un-posted business hrs so they could force us into weekend storage. *DESPITE ADVERTISING 24 HR TOW SERVICE*on card given to my kid & website! I had to complain to get car same day and they refused but relented for Sat tow home instead of originally advised=Tuesday!!!!!! after being yelled at by owner's rude son. They charged me $497 for what should have just been a 8 mile tow!!!! They charged me $225 extra to go to their shop first when it was to come home! They demanded cash only to get my car back when other options were present on receipt that was not disclosed prior to getting paid! It's disgraceful that they'd do this to a kid!!!
