        I went in specifically to get a referral and to get a specific lab test done. Both were mentioned. Both were not done. After my blood was drawn on another floor I realized the appointment was over. I had to go back in to get my referral. It showed up as a second visit. When I got my lab results the test I was waiting for wasnt even there. They didnt do it! Ive had my blood drawn once in my life and this was it. I never go to the doctor and for me to actually make an appointment takes years. The fact that I have to go back now and theyll get money for another visit is ridiculous. Incompetent. The ladies behind the desk were nice tho.
