        This location has some employees that are soo disrespectful and have the worst personalities! Guys are usually very very helpful there but the females are making everything soo difficult as theyre giving it to me for free! I went today to exchange something for a different size and it seemed to be such a big issue because I didnt have the tag for it and previously Ive done it with no problem. Everyone there makes their own rules and policy. I asked the manager on duty (Brianna) to give me the phone number to call costumer care and ask for the policy return/exchange as they know NOTHING there and she said to my face um theres GOOGLE?but ok let me GOOGLE it for you. That left me SPEECHLESS!!! Im a retail manager as well and i would never say that to my costumers but try to explain everything in good manners. Will absolutely share this experience with all my friends and family about this location.
