Holiday Inn Express & Suites Middletown - Goshen, an IHG Hotel

Stayed here nearly a week with my fianc and we really loved our stay! Google claims this is a 2-star hotel, but it really felt like a 3 star. The hotel was kept pristine, and there were no issues with anything not working or being in bad shape. Breakfast was kept fully stocked, and the hot foods kept hot. Not only that, but they had a wide variety, and they actually had cooked foods! The bed was comfortable ( pillows are super soft, so if you like a firm pillow, bring your own ). Customer service was also great! Front desk attendants were always happy to help. Location is close to all the important things in middletown. You'll be an hour way from NYC and Pallisades Mall in NJ, as well as the Woodbury Commons if you're looking for anything more than what Middletown has to offer. As someone who's worked in the hotel industry, this hotel is definitely safe and clean, we will be staying here from now on when we visit my fiance's family. Nearby activities: Round 1 arcade, Large AMC theater, huge mall, escape rooms, lots of shopping, close to NYC, Legoland nearby, plenty of restaurants.

There were a bunch of young adults running around all hours of the night, then revving their silly lifted trucks in the morning. I had to call the front desk multiple times and they didnt do anything. My family and I got a terrible nights sleep. We came here for Legoland and now I have two young kids with 4 hours of sleep.

Great stay! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location, to me, as it was equidistant to various locations I had to travel to visit family and friends. Would definitely stay again.
