        i had to switch to Apria because my former supplier no longer took my insurance.When I got my order I was quite surprised at the amount of items I recieved in my order ( Hoses nasal pillows filters and a new resevoir along with a head strap), but was not very happy at the cost. MY former supplier was no cost to me. My only real complaint is I am going to have to get used to the straps for the head gear. They are suppossed to go on top of head and around back of head but bot straps keep slipping.

        I had the pleasure of speaking to a young lady her name is Aishae in the Middletown branch . she made sure my wife got all of her supplies and understood when to call for supplies. She was sweet and had such a calming voice when speaking to my wife and I. Ive never felt more at ease. Very welcoming young lady and I will be back to speak to her. I absolutely love her service. She stopped what she was doing and made sure we were attended to. Thanks again
