We have not had a problem at JZ ever until tonight. We have been there several times, and never had an issue with my bill. Tonight there was a mix up and Carlos was extremely nasty even after the person explained their part in mix up.. l will never return to this place. There are not many places in Middletown to go, guaranteed this will not be the place we go to, even if there is no other place to go.

Love the atmosphere! Staff was very attentive, & accommodating! Love the food, & there bottle Service are decent prices! Definitely will be returning,can't wait to go back!

My family and I didnt get served after sitting at a table ( no waters , no utensils ). Another family came in after us and they were served (taking drink and food orders). There were only one (1) other family in the whole restaurant. POOR SERVICE!
