I have been a client of Jesss for a few months now. I never in my life thought that my intense hormonal acne would ever go away. However, Jess provided me with the best products and best treatments that has pretty much cleared my skin entirely. From having acne for years to being clear has raised my confidence beyond belief. She is incredibly knowledgeable and talented in her practice, so whatever she says to do, take my advice and follow it through entirely. Bless Jess!!!

Had a bunch of ingrown hairs after bikini wax; and Jahna was nice to talk to but didnt bother getting a patch of hair off after I mentioned i didnt want in concern. so definitely didnt want to go to my next appointment; I had problems with the links sent to my phone when it came to canceling the apt. (Supposedly you get the option of canceling rescheduling or confirming) this wasnt the case! As soon as I clicked the link it automatically confirmed. And no one ever answered my phone calls. Ironically after leaving a voicemail the day before my apt. I get only a voicemail (my phone never rang or had a missed call) back that it has been canceled but I will be charged 50% -__- really annoyed with them and not going back obviously Service: Body waxing

Jess is a true aesthetician that knows what she is doing in every step of the process. She has such a passion for all things skin and beauty. I went to her in July of last year and all my issues with my concerns with acne and other skin imperfections were dealt with and fix by February of 2020. I have never had better skin. I now go religiously to her to ensure I keep my skin in the best shape it can with with her help. She uses great products and I continue to purchase the clinical grade skin care product from her to keep my skin happy and healthy. There is no hesitation on going to her and she is always available to help out and answer any questions. She is the best!! And worth every penny and minute with her. 100000/10.
