Ive had an appointment since December 2023 for March 12th 2024(today)to get 2 tooth extractions. Spoke with someone from the office last Thursday. I called myself to confirm my appointment, everything was "good to go. I get a call yesterday at 3:15pm (not even 24 hours before my appt) to tell me that they no longer take my insurance and I no longer have an appointment! I even requested if I can be seen and pay for my appointment out of pocket since I have been in such pain for months now- was told no that I no longer have an appointment since they wont take my insurance?the same insurance I verified with them Thursday when I called to confirm my appointment)This was beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope this place closes down asap! This is the true meaning of a careless dentist with a horrible practice. Talk about a true let down. I would never recommend this "medical office

Long waits forever to call back. Leave a review they dont wanna correct themselves they just dont want you to come anymore when you have a depending appointment very unprofessional. Not the place to go at all. Horrible staff wouldnt even give her a 1 star just have to leave a star
