Great work, I was very pleased with the gentleman's professionalism and work ethic. My communication panel is now cleaned up so nicely that I can finally close the door on it. I would definitely hire Scotchtown Tech for any of my network or computer needs.

Quick response. Got the job done the same day. Install 2 outdoor ring cameras. Excellent work . Will definitely hire for future work.

!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY !! Unprofessional scheduling and equally unprofessional tech. This company doesn't actually do the work and farms it out to third party contractors. The problem with this is that (1) they have no control over when/where the techs are and if they'll actually show up at the appointed time and (2) the project manager did not adequately describe the scope of work to their techs. Day of appointment, tech SHOWED UP AT THE WRONG ADDRESS and claimed he's in the parking lot (worksite was residential). Tech shows up with 1 person for a 2-people job. He pokes around for a bit and decides it was too hard for him to solo, got in his car, and leaves. It's an Ethernet drop job for a 2-story house. What did he expect? Tech promises to come with an assistant during the weekend to get it done and never shows up. I rescheduled and confirmed with the manager for another date. Tech misses this appointment as well. Unbelievable. They'll be happy to take your deposit money. But come time for the actual work to be done, they flake. I gave them a chance to amicably refund my deposit but messages are ignored. NEVER AGAIN!!
