I called last Saturday to make appt for wash and set. The lady answered really nice and gave me app for 11am on Sunday Morning. The next day thinking the salon was open i when at 10:45 and the place was close. Called the lady and she said she was going to open at 11 when the signs says 10-2 on Sunday. I waited for her until 11:07 am. I left really upset very unprofessional. Never again will called this place. If i can rated this no star to this business i would.

i love the way my hair comes out, always. but the reason why im giving 3 stars is because she has been late a few times and id be stuck waiting.There has been times where i had an appointment and her shop was closed, another times where i had to cancel another appointment because of time management. The last time i came in to get my hair done i had a 10 oclock appointment, she gets started and another 2 customers come in. i had to wait for her to finish one of their heads to complete mine. i was in there for almost 4 hours for a wash and set. the work is really good, again i love the way my hair comes out. time management is poor

I made an appointment for my wife as a birthday gift so she can have her hair nice in her day, the appointment was for 10am. Wife arrives there 10 minutes prior and there was only one person working and she instantly sat a customer without even asking my wife about her appointment time or anything, and when my wife asked what time the other customer was booked the woman working responded with 10 am but Ill be quick you can sit there and Ill take you next no thats extremely inconsiderate and disrespectful, last time Ill ever book an appointment there, Im also reporting it to the BBB better business bureau most of these reviews with high ratings are family members of the employees there
