      image This bank is horrible, once they have a hold of YOUR money they give you every inch of trouble to move it or use it. Im completely done! I wish I could give it a NO star review but then you cant submit. How ironic

      image I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Karen FitzPatrick. I was talking with her regarding a mortgage and she made me provide a ton of paperwork from me and my parents and out of nowhere she just stopped responding. Didn't say I was denied or anything. Just didn't reply to emails. I was left hanging not knowing what was wrong. I also lost out on over 30k of closing cost because I qualified for DPAL PLUS. I want her to be reprimanded and a formal apology letter. I will also be sharing my experience in a couple local Facebook groups I'm apart of.
