What I like about R&K is that any time of day you can call him and he answers the phone and will give you a reliable timeline on when he will come and get to your house. I used him for a complete install for hvac system in my home and he’s the only company that would work with the price and I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off

We called this person to get a quote for work we needed completed in Middletown. He came over, did not wear his mask around his mouth but instead had it around his neck. Then he put 3 stickers supporting his business around my home on my boiler, AC Fan, and Water heater without my okay. We got his quote and he left. He was the first person to quote us on site without putting anything on paper. I called him back to find out some pricing (this is the first call after he left our house) and he answers and after I ask my question he says in a rude way, I don't want the job stop calling the office. Now take into consideration this was out of left field because we had no conformation with him ever before. and this was the first call to him since his quote. And he put 3 stickers on in and around my home so why would he want to promote his business but then deny the job in such a rude way? You would think if he was to busy or what ever the reason was he would not have wasted our time giving us a quote and he did not need to be so rude about it for no reason. Anyway thank god we did not use this person because a neighbor of ours did and the outcome was not so good. Praise BE!
