Do not bother. Never returns calls and never files anything he says he is going to. Find someone else because this guy is unethical and lazy and wont help you at all.

Submitted forms i never signed to the courts. Even better two different ones with only one signature on them and never notarized!!!! very shady practice. I have to file a formal complaint with the attorney general over him. I just wish I could give a negative star rating. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star!!!!!

I do not recommend Ross for women who want to get full custody of their kids.. n have means to pay a lawyer.. the office is messy beyond.. papers and cases all over the floor.. he fails to really listen to what u want and feel is needed.. he has a hard time getting back to u or reading emails.. he only contacts u a day before court if that sometime it's on the day of.. I do not recommend him what so ever... My son deserves better and I did find better

I would highly not recommend Dan Ross for a attorney after waiting several months for paperwork to be finished. And several phone calls that I have made to find out the status. I still have not heard back from him or any of his staff. I even called and asked to have the paperwork mailed back still haven't received it. After another week I just received a phone call from Dan Ross secretary she has informed me that she'd lost the paperwork all I can say is wow

The worst lawyer amazing he passed law school. He never wins a case,and can't keep his customers trusts safe losing so much money out of clients accounts.
