I was searching Groupon for an oil change deal since the place I used to go to was taken over by Valvoline, and their prices are insane. I stumbled upon Trilogy and took a leap of faith, despite having very bad experiences with mechanics over the years. The glowing reviews definitely helped and they are located very close to my home. I called in a few days prior to ask if I could come in on Saturday and they were polite and said absolutely. The day of I called and said I had to run late due to a client running late, and they said it wasn't a problem. When I got there I was immediately greeted and offered a TV to watch and a couch to relax on. They took my car in immediately and within 15-20 minutes were done. No gimmicks or hassles or trying to upsell me something I didn't need like so many other places do. It was a refreshing and smooth experience, and I intend to go back for future preventative maintenance work (have a warranty from my dealership for other things). My ONLY complaint is it was kind of hard to find. I felt like every business in that area has a large sign by the road, but they don't. And their window showing the logo was blocked by a vehicle initially. I'd suggest they invest in a roadside sign of some sort. For reference, they're literally right next to (north of) Family Dollar. Their properties are separated by a fence.
