This is a horrible company to deal with. They are very rude and have damaged many underground utilities without a care for what they are doing. Was told they are not wasting their time talking to me about my concerns and hung up on. They are a contractor for Verizon and speaking with some Verizon techs they have also said they are poor at communicating and I believe it.

Just came across one of their construction vehicles facing me in the wrong lane on a very Steep Hill in a 55 mile an hour zone no lights on, about a half hour before a half hour before dark. Truck clearly had an Amber strobe light on it but not lit up. No hazards nothing. The traffic control signs they were using were incorrect. They were also set to close together for the speed that was set for the hill. And they only had one set of signs on one side of construction zone. Clear we both Wings need some indication, but they only had it on their side. Hopefully their work is better than their driving and work Zone setup. If I could include photos I would, and yes it was that stupid I had to take a photo.

My experience with this company was to have their truck driver get enraged at me because I was driving slowly as I had canisters of fuel in my trunk, he was tailgating not three not feet behind my bumper for miles ignored any indications of my trying to tell him to back off and when I made him back off he drove over a double yellow line on a curve, blasted in front of me and stopped in the middle of the road and exited his car and came towards me while he dared me to hit him or assault him. called me racial and homosexual slurs while partner was standing behind me the whole time. maybe he wouldn't be so angry if he realized i was transporting gasoline. I tried to call the owner to discuss this no one returned my call and when I called back the next day apparently they had all got their story together and I was now the aggressor.. classy group of guys here. I would let them anywhere near my home or anything I care about. -mg.saratoga county. ny
