My Ps5 was overheating after 30 minutes of gameplay and after $90 and a couple of days, they cleaned out the dust. They found out that the cooling adhesive had carbon build-up due to it standing upright for almost 3 years. They put on a new adhesive and after a week, it's been going strong with no issues (and it's laying flat, which is important). Thank you MM Tech Doctor for your fix

Laptop hinge was broken and they fixed it as soon as they got the new parts! fast, easy, and very nice. They communicated with me throughout the whole process and always answered my questions, would use their services agains.

incredible repair work and premium customer service and satisfaction. was able to determine issues on my pc that not even even i could have doing the repairs myself. i recommend em over anyone else

I called them in distress when my PS5 fell off my entertainment stand, and the HDMI port broke. I called in the morning, dropped the console off on my lunch break and received an email that it was fixed before my work shift ended! Picked it up this morning and couldnt be more thankful as I was back up and running and gaming less than 24hrs after the incident. Highly recommend, VERY fair pricing, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and empathetic staff and will surely be coming back for any and all electronics that I need fixed. I cant believe how fast this got done. 5 stars isnt enough for this company. I hope they stick around our community for years to come. A++++ experience. -Tyler W
