The place is clean and ran in orderly fashion. I feel at home with all I have had contact with, the service is professional and friendly. They try their best to accommodate my requests no complaints. Just very pleased.

I lived in massena and had blood work done in October/November of 2016 and she went on about B12 and different vitamins I need, I recently got a doctor in California and gave my new doctor my blood work and she asked if I New I was anemic, and I said what are you taking about she had emergency lab work ordered, I found out my iron level is 8.7 when it should be between 20-50!!! I went a couple weeks after my blood about my heart feeling weird and I could feel it beat even when laying in bed it'd beat really fast, I found out the anemia had caused palpitations and now I'm more sick the I would've been if she treated me right away! I was fine till I got a bill from her office! That's a joke. I left massena in December 2016 I called and cancelled my January appointment with her and some how I have a bill from her from February ?!?! Yeah right! Thats a joke!
