We have been customers of Jerry and his team at Extreme Autobody for more than 3 decades and have been so beautifully taken care of. I cant imagine wanting to be a customer of an autobody shop, and yet I am so lucky that this is The Shop that has always taken care of us. The work has been excellent, and all of the service has as well. Being down a car is always an inconvenience, but Jerry has always made it less so for us. We recommend him as much now as we did in the days that we put pen to paper to thank him in longhand. Thank you for all of your years great of service to our family.

Extremely rude owner. We had full 20k repair done to my girlfriends car. He did not like when we called to ask for any updates. We got it back with all the rotors warped and the car violently shaking when braking - due to the longevity of the repair and car sitting for 6 months according to Jerry, basically admitting it happened after the accident. When inquiring about submitting a supplement to the insurance company to fix this issue we did not have before the accident, he immediately said thats not his problem and told my girlfriend to ask your mechanic friend if the rotors warp when the car isnt driven for a while. He made her cry. We had to pay $1000 for new rotors elsewhere that may have been covered by insurance if we had someone that would stand by our side and simply file the supplement for what they missed. You would think someone would notice the car violently shaking when taking a test drive. Too busy to care, next customer.
