        Best customer service Ive ever experienced at a cell phone provider. Maleek was attentive and understood exactly what I needed. He was honest, not pushy, and professional. I usually dread upgrading my phone & going to stores likes this but he made the experience enjoyable. I would recommend coming here - ask for Maleek if you want to be in/out with exactly what you need

        Avoid this store at all costs. I went in for a simple phone upgrade and asked repeatedly not to change anything on my account. They changed my entire plan without me knowing. Customer service was poor when i came back to address the issue, the manager does not care at all and even then tried to sell me on other additions i did not need or want. Ive always bought my phones from West Islip verizon and never had any kind of issue like this. They are looking to deceive you at this store so beware.
