        My mother has been with Petro for 45+ years in Queens but has had the worse service over the past two years. e found out that they NEVER serviced the boiler in a few years and it went out with NO heat on day this year in the dead of winter. The GM nor supervisor never even responded to my emails about these issues, so be aware of them not doing their job!
